24-26 oct 2007 (Asia Outdoor Advertising)

these 3 days, a total of about 23 of us,temasek poly students were at suntec, helping out with the AOA event, which is asia outdoor advertising event, which brings tgt the advertising ads by the major advertising firms.. we were there to help with the ushering of VIPs,Speakers,delegates,guests etc into the exhibition hall, conference room and luncheon.. likewise, we will help the visitors with the apllication form segment and provide information of where the exhibition is held.. we also went to view the booth about the various companies, ask certain qns with regards to what the companies is mainly involved with, get brochures n namecard(s)... in addition, we listen to a talk about marketing by a speaker from the marketing institute of singapore.. from the talk, we were about to know a little more about marketing n can help add on to what we had learned in school..

on the 2nd day of the AOA, at night, while i was on my way home, dallas msg mi.. he told me tt dey r actuali lying to joelle,shawn n haoming tt it was my twin sis who was workin n tt i wasnt dere. jux as i finish readin the msg,he called mi n the phone was passed to several pple n dey asked was it mi or my sis tt was dere..n .,.. i said was my sis n nt mi.. hahhaah.. i was havin a super hard time controllin my laughter so tt the lie can continue on.. hahah... it was so funi..

on the last day, when went to the AOA n havin break, they asked qns n when joelle saw mi, she was lik, "dun cum near mi,so scary.." hahaha.. they asked qns n qns n i jux ans as per normal so tt wun "lu chu ma jiao"... it was lik so fun n all of us act till sooo gd tt evrything we said was not being suspicious tt it was after all a lie.. after the award ceremony, the organiser let us party with the other guests as there was a gala dinner... we had alot of fun(dance,drink n took pictures..) we even form a semi circle in front of the stage when they are about to giv out the award for the supporters n TP is one of them.. when TP was mentioned, we shouted "TP marketing, cheers!"

in conclusion, the whole AOA event went well, n we, did gain some experience n also have fun... enjoyed alot! thankx to the organising team for havin a part to play in this event... thanks alot!! ",)
