2dae i went for trng.. we had water trng n also runnin. haha.. i wasnt able to go 4 trng the past 2daes.. we practice our scullin skills and one special thing we had 2dae was tt, the coach let us try n experience paddling 4 distance.. i m not veri sure how far we paddle but i simply knew it was far.. hah.. had 2 use a lot of body movement, which we had practice stationary, jux hand paddle but in the water.. i was so afraid that i will capsize, cux its so far from shore n its so far away from the rest.. we split into 2 grps to paddle out.. it was fun n oso a beri gd experience.. while practising sculling on trainin boat, i capsize a few times. hahaha... after the water, we ran 2 rounds of reservoir.. its been quite long sonce we ran 2 rounds of reservoir.. i ran.... ran..... ran....
then when the first round about 2 end, my stomach hurts a lot... but i jux continued.. wanted 2 stop at the end of first round but i jux continued on 4 the 2nd round.. upon seeing the 1km sign, i veri badly wanted 2 turn back but dint... i jux continue on.. but the pain becum more n more pain.. i then started 2 walk... walk, run a bit n stop when it became extremely pain.. when its endin already, my fellow team-mate, wenhao, he ran in the opposite direction,he cum to find where r the girls.. he then told mi take a deep breathe, in n out.. then ran slowly with mi.. after a short distance, few others oso join mi.. they urge mi on n i jux ran all the way despite the pain.. i think the pain is bcux of mi nv eat anithing ytd(wed).. tus, hav this unbearable pain.. hahahah..... thanks alot to the whole canoe team... i m veri touched for all of u the care n concern.. .thanks once again... i luv u all!!
