in the mornin went changi with the canoein team.. they havv one star kayakin course.. oli 3 of us on the dat went hav the one star le.. but, nevertheless, we join them tgt.. there r a few things when i took my one star i dint learn de.. i m lucky i went as i manage to learn a few new things.. we had a lot of fun.. .hahah.. the instructiors oso let us know one or two things that the two n three star courses will cover.. they showed us the mass capsizing as we had learn all those that we r supposed to know.. they allow us to try if we want as there r no obligation to it.. but we nid tell.. i n my fren then try the mass capsizin.. hah.. its damn fun bvut its rather hard to make it.. hah. we do veri long.. empty then flip over but see still lik alot of water then flip back again.. do a few times then change boat to empty. but after quite some time we still cant empty.. the instructor came n tell us tt we r about to drift out of the boundary le.. then get pple to help us include himself.. each help one of us.. haha.. we then kayak back.. at tt point of time, arms were reali extremely exhausted le.. but.... of course nid kayak back.. haha.. had a lot of fun.. when everything end, done with showering n givin out of certs, we took an entire grp photo with the instructors... an enjoyable day!
